Super Snacks
We will eat snack every morning for an energizing "brain-break". It is important for students to bring a healthy snack to school each day so their minds and bodies are ready to learn. Students may have one item of food at snack time.
Note: I recommend each child bring a reusable water bottle to school each day to limit trips to the water fountain.
Snack Suggestions:

∗ Cheese and crackers
∗ Granola bars
∗ Pretzels
∗ Animal crackers
∗ Goldfish
∗ Water
∗ Juice Box, Capri Sun, or other low-sugar fruit juice
